By using Hitonot you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding agreement to use the service, and you are responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
Be civil and lawful. Do not post abusive, deceptive, or illegal content, and do not attempt to disrupt or abuse the platform. Content is subject to community moderation; violating content may be hidden or removed and repeat offenders may be suspended.
Your content
You retain ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant us a license to store and display it as part of operating the service.
Predictions are not advice
Predictions and discussions on Hitonot are opinions, not professional, financial, legal, or other advice. Rely on them at your own risk.
Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why, and forms part of these terms. Operating the service depends on a few outside providers: Google, for optional sign-in; an email provider, for verification and password-reset messages; and a hosting and database provider, which stores the service's data. We also use Google Analytics to measure how the site is used, which sets cookies to do it; the Privacy Policy sets out exactly what it does and does not receive. Using Hitonot means the data described in the Privacy Policy is handled by those providers under their own terms. If you connect an AI assistant to your account (Claude, for example), its provider receives the predictions you ask it to read, file or change, under that provider's own terms; connecting one is your choice, and you can revoke it in Settings.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
